Salary £40,000 inclusive of Car Allowance
40 hours per week on Mon to Fri, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with flexibility required

Based out of Colten House, Ringwood BH24 3FE.
About the Role
As an L&D Business Partner, you’ll work closely with care home managers, staff, and a regional Care Trainer to identify development needs, deliver engaging training solutions, and evaluate their impact. You’ll lead on L&D projects, create tailored learning resources, including e-learning, and champion a positive culture of continuous improvement. Your role will involve regular home visits, hands-on coaching, and collaborative work with internal and external partners to ensure training is relevant, accessible, and effective.
You’ll be a key contact for homes in your region, supporting them to meet compliance standards, grow their teams, and apply learning in real-time. Your influence will help drive both personal growth and organisational excellence.
About You
You are a confident communicator, skilled in building strong relationships at all levels. With experience in training delivery, learning needs analysis, and coaching, you bring both strategic thinking and hands-on capability. You’re passionate about staff development, knowledgeable in adult learning principles, and comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual sessions.
You’re flexible, approachable, and committed to quality outcomes. You’ll be ready to travel between our homes and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
