Senior Receptionist 

Location: Colten House, Ringwood BH24 3FE

Hours: Weekdays (8:30 am - 5:00 pm), 15 hours per week, with flexibility to cover additional days when required

Salary: £10,374 per annum

Are you ready to be the welcoming face of our Support Centre in Ringwood, Hampshire? We're seeking a part-time Senior Receptionist to be the heartbeat of Colten House. You'll bring your strong administrative skills to play a crucial support role for the Colten House team. With your friendly and approachable nature, you'll extend a warm welcome to all visitors. As the initial point of contact for incoming calls and enquiries, you'll efficiently guide them to the appropriate departments. Your involvement in the uniform administration process, managing staff uniform orders and distribution, will be key. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in monitoring and reporting our nurses' PIN numbers, ensuring they are always up to date. You're a team player with a can-do attitude, navigating changing priorities with ease based on your experience. Professionally, you're organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Your friendly and approachable nature, combined with a sense of fun, helps you build confident relationships. With a keen eye for detail, you're always willing to go the extra mile.
